Job Description

This position pays $20 per hour and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Candidates must have a valid Driver’s License, PERC, and 20-Hour Training Certificate.
You’ll need to be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and working shifts of up to 12 hours. Because this role can involve high-intensity and stressful situations, we’re seeking individuals with strong de-escalation skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Weekend availability is required.

PalAmerican Security - Unarmed Security Guard

What You'll Do:

• Conduct patrols via foot patrol or motor vehicle
• Serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activity
• Provide superior customer care and empathy to all individuals
• Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports
• Respond to security incidents and suspicious activities

What You Need:

• Current Security License
• Clean driving record and Driver's License
• Attention to detail and superior integrity
• Effective communication skills
• Passion for creating a safe environment
• Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience
