Position Overview Glowacki Management Company is seeking a motivated, high energy, detail orientated, and professional individual for part time Parking Lot Attendant position. Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, and efficiently managing vehicle entry and exit using NetPark parking management software. This role ensures the smooth daily operation of the lot while assisting customers with parking transactions, validations, and inquiries. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Operations Greet customers courteously upon entry and exit. Assist drivers with ticketing, payment, and validation using NetPark software. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints. Provide directions and general assistance as needed. System & Equipment Management Operate and monitor NetPark systems for ticketing, payment, and reporting. Troubleshoot minor software or equipment issues (kiosks, gates, ticket machines). Notify management of any technical malfunctions, damage, or maintenance needs. Cash Handling & Recordkeeping Process payments accurately via cash, credit, or mobile methods within the NetPark system. Reconcile transactions and prepare shift reports in accordance with company policy. Maintain accountability for assigned cash drawers and daily receipts. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in parking operations, customer service, or cash handling preferred. Familiarity with NetPark software or other parking management systems is highly desirable. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and handle fast-paced environments. Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods. May be required to lift up to 25 lbs. Work performed in both indoor and outdoor environments, subject to weather conditions. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
