Job Description
Plaintiff’s boutique size, Personal Injury Firm seeks a part-time litigation paralegal with a minimum of 3+ years of experience working at a firm. Candidate must have litigation experience working auto cases, premises cases, landlord tenant matters and general litigation. Candidate must have excellent skills in pleading preparation, file organization and follow-up. Candidate must also have experience in drafting settlement packages Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. -must be able to effectively work and communicate as a team player with all levels of attorneys and staff;
-must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills;
-must exhibit a commitment to completing their daily tasks and meeting deadlines;
-must have a high degree of initiative and is comfortable asking questions when necessary, in order to complete tasks correctly;
-must be punctual, responsible and reliable;
-must have a strong work ethic;
Qualifications:
-Must have a High School Diploma/College Degree
-3+ years of prior work experience is a MUST

-Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
