A1 Placement is seeking a compassionate and experienced part-time or full-time Pediatrician to join a team of dedicated FQHC healthcare professionals. As a Pediatrician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to infants, children, and adolescents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
• Conduct physical exams, evaluate patients’ medical histories, and make recommendations for treatment plans.
• Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses, including infections, injuries, and developmental disorders.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests, X-rays, and other imaging studies.
• Counsel patients and their families on issues related to growth and development, nutrition, and health promotion.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, social workers, and psychologists, to provide coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records.

Education & License Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Current and valid medical license in California.
• Board certification in Pediatrics.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing Pediatrician.

Requirements:

• Ability to commute/rotate between facilities including mobile units.
• Able to see a minimum of 20-22 patients.
• Work Saturdays as needed.
• Able to use EMR systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Weekly schedule:

• Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:00pm)
• Saturday (8:30am-2:00pm)
