Position Overview
MedStar Health is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Personal Assistant to support our executive leadership team. This role involves managing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
Data Management: Maintain and organize confidential files and records.
Expense Reporting: Prepare and process expense reports in a timely manner.
Event Planning: Organize virtual and in-person events, including logistics and attendee coordination.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an administrative support role, preferably in a healthcare or corporate environment.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
