RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute photoshoots.
• Skillfully capture and produce images of our products across a diverse range of settings, encompassing promotional campaigns, events, and engaging social media content.
• Edit and retouch photos to uphold brand identity and create brand consistency.
• Maintain and organize the digital image library.
• Ensure photography equipment is well-maintained.
• Contribute to the development of our visual content strategy while presenting new ideas.
• Travel to various locations for grand openings, specified shoot locations, and events.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve photo quality.
• Willing to learn menu to capture accuracy of product.
• Scouting models, locations/stands and props needed to complete projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in photography
• A bachelor's degree in photography or a related field is a plus.

SKILLS

• Proficient in operating a camera, lighting, and composition.
• Strong understanding of Adobe Suite (e.g. Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.)
• The ability to adapt to different shooting conditions and environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.

WORK SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

• Monday Friday: 9 AM 5 PM CT, with occasional work on weekends
• This is an on-site position in SPRINGDALE, AR
• Possible travel to grand openings
• Knowledge/Experience in product and studio photography is a plus.
