Vista Staffing is seeking a Physician Assistant General Surgery for a job in Yakima, Washington.

• Full-time surgical first assist
• Open to nurse practitioners and physician assistants
• First assist surgical experience preferred but not required
• Serve as the first assist for OB surgeries and C-sections
• Responsibilities include surgery prep, retraction, controlling bleeding, suturing/closing, and direct collaboration with OB surgeons
• Join one of the Northwest's largest community health centers, with over 40 clinics in 18 communities across Washington and Oregon
• EMR system is EPIC
• The position follows standard clinic hours Monday-Friday, 7:30a-6pm, with potential early starts at 7 am
• No overnight shifts required
• Base compensation: $132K-$144K, with additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures
