Compensation: Annual Base + Performance Bonus

Position Overview:
Theoria Recruiting Team is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Physician Recruiter to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier physicians in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities across the country.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified physicians (MD/DO) for permanent, part-time, PRN, or contract placements
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive physician candidates using job boards, databases, cold call outreach, referrals, and social media
• Conduct in-depth phone interviews to assess qualifications, availability, and interest
• Coordinate interviews between physicians and facility Regional Operations Directors, and manage the process through to offer acceptance and other assigned task
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the ATS
• Collaborate with the client services team, and overseas off shore Candidate Sourcing Center to understand staffing needs and prioritize roles
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and healthcare industry standards
• Deliver a top-tier experience to both physicians and clients

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 3 + years of experience in physician recruitment or healthcare staffing
• Demonstrated success working in a metrics-driven, high-volume recruiting environment
• Strong sourcing skills across platforms like Doximity, LinkedIn, PracticeMatch, etc.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or similar)

Preferred Experience

• Experience recruiting for multiple specialties (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine)
• Familiarity with licensing, credentialing, and privileging processes
• Experience building external partnerships with Residencies and Fellowship Programs
