Were currently seeking an enthusiastic, nurturing Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to guide children through their early learning journey in a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create a positive and loving classroom culture that supports childrens social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Implement the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum with fidelity
• Develop strong relationships with children and families
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
• Observe and document children's progress to inform instruction and communicate with parents

Qualifications:

• Must meet Colorado state requirements for Lead Early Childhood Teacher (or be in process)
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
• Passion for early education and child development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
