Pieper Veterinary is launching a brand-new small animal general practice in the Greater Providence area—and we’re looking for an experienced veterinarian to lead this exciting venture.

This is a rare and meaningful opportunity to shape a hospital from the ground up, with the full support of a respected veterinary network that prioritizes veterinarian-led medicine. As the founding DVM, you’ll play a pivotal role in building your team, setting clinical standards, and creating a thriving culture focused on exceptional care and autonomy.

About You:

• 3+ years of clinical experience in small animal general practice
  
  
• Comfortable leading in a new-hospital setting
  
  
• Committed to high-quality, client-focused medicine
  
  
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Massachusetts or Rhode Island
  
  
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for leadership and ownership
