The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with these technologies and will be responsible for guiding and implementing best practices to ensure robust, scalable, and innovative solutions. Responsibilities Provide architectural oversight and technical leadership for Exchange, Copilot, Power Platform, and SharePoint solutions. Develop and execute strategic plans for the integration and optimization of these platforms in alignment with business goals. Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions utilizing the Exchange, Copilot, Power Platform, and SharePoint ecosystems. Technical Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on all aspects of these technologies, providing guidance and mentorship to development teams. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive solutions. Skilled in developing and training users for Copilot Agent and Power Apps. Implementing governance policies for Power Platform environments. Experience with the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) tool. Proficient in Powershell scripting. Experienced in migration tools like ShareGate; supporting migration from Azure files to SharePoint. Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously innovate and enhance platform capabilities. Governance and Compliance: Ensure that all solutions adhere to industry standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements. Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate architectural documentation for all solutions and processes. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT architecture, with a focus on Exchange, Copilot, Power Platform, and SharePoint. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and SharePoint. Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale enterprise solutions. Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Azure. Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell). Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
