We are seeking a
Production Associate for a
Temp-Hire position with our client, One of the world's largest conventional and organic oat millers and ingredient suppliers, located in Eugene
, Oregon .
The
Production Associate will play an essential role in the hands-on processing of food products.
As a
Production Associate you will be responsible for:
- Set up and operate all equipment required in packaging raw materials produced by operator
- Regulate machine flow or speed based on specific production
- Load materials and products into packaging equipment
- Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records
- Monitor the production line, watching for problems and troubleshooting issues
The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs regularly and up to 50lbs without assistance
- Ability to be on feet throughout shift, constant walking back/forth
- maintain an organized and safe environment while actively contributing to the efficient processing of food products.
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist, climb, squat, lift, push, and pull
