  5. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of local market trends and inventory.
  6. Utilize our CRM and technology tools to manage your sales pipeline effectively.

Qualifications:

  1. Active Real Estate License (Required).
  2. Exceptional communication and networking skills.
  3. Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and CRM tools.

  5. Previous sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Compensation:
