As the newest member of our recruiting team, you’ll have a unique opportunity to learn the recruiting ropes and build a career on the foundation we’ve built. Our goal is to help you build a long-term career as a core part of our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate consistent revenue outcomes by making placements
• Source & engage qualified candidates for the jobs you’re working on
• Screen candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements
• Diligently manage your candidates to ensure success throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with the team to solve problems and achieve results
• Interact with clients and ultimately manage those relationships

Compensation

• $50,000 base salary + $7,560 health benefits + uncapped commission
• Year 1 Total Earnings Estimate ($68,686 - $74,798)
• Year 2 Total Earnings Estimate ($79,916 - $89,451)
• Year 3 Total Earnings Estimate ($94,262 - $108,931)
