A well-established, growing financial institution is seeking an HR Recruitment Specialist to join their Human Resources team in NYC. This individual will play a key role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering closely with business leaders to support hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
• Proactively build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for critical roles.
• Leverage job boards, networking, social media, and industry connections to attract top talent.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular updates on hiring progress for HR leadership.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to financial services, or banking.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Proficiency with ATS systems and recruiting platforms.
