Purpose:

At Credent Wealth Management, we put our client’s best interest first and the Regional Manager will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service through the delivery of the Credent Experience by the Wealth Management teams. This role will oversee and drive the growth and performance of our wealth management operations within a designated region. The Regional Manager will possess exceptional leadership skills, a general understanding of wealth management practices, a passion for client experience, and a proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Executing strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets within the assigned region.
• Provide visionary leadership and direction to regional teams, ensuring alignment with the firm's overall goals and objectives.
• Understanding of industry best practices with ability to implement where applicable.

Client Service Management:

• Ensure the team is building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, prospects, and referral sources.
• Observe and audit to ensure the delivery of the Credent Experience by the Wealth Management team.
• Address client concerns and inquiries with the team in a timely and professional manner, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Team Management:

• Interview, hire, mentor, assess and develop a high-performing team of wealth management professionals.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to ensure team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
• Foster a culture of excellence through collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the regional teams.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Monitor scorecard and financial metrics in team environment to assess the health and performance of the regional location.
• Work with the Managing Director to highlight achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement corrective actions and initiatives to address performance gaps and optimize business outcomes.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance of regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures, along with risk management practices to safeguard client assets and mitigate potential risks to the firm.
• Stay abreast of industry regulations and best practices to maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.
