Remote Patent Paralegal (EST COAST ONLY)

Join a leading IP team as a Patent Paralegal supporting high-impact innovation. This remote role is ideal for candidates with 5+ years of IP experience, especially in patent prosecution, and is based on the EST Coast.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing, filing, and managing U.S. and international patent applications, including PCT filings.
• Tracking and maintaining deadlines with patent docketing systems.
• Drafting and submitting formal documents such as IDSs, assignments, and declarations.
• Monitoring patent portfolios across multiple jurisdictions.
• Communicating with inventors, foreign associates, and the USPTO.
• Supporting patent prosecution efforts, including responses to Office Actions.
• Conducting patent and legal research using IP databases.
• Supporting administrative tasks for senior attorneys.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of patent prosecution paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of USPTO and PCT procedures.
• Proficiency with patent docketing systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
