RETAIL MANAGEMENT LEADER

As a Retail Management Leader, you will not only represent our company with the utmost professionalism but also play a crucial role in shaping future leaders. You will make key decisions that prioritize the company’s interests while fostering a productive work environment. Your responsibilities will include developing the sales team and driving performance to achieve maximum profitability aligned with our company values and vision. You will also oversee the operational aspects to ensure smooth daily functioning of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a role model for all employees.
• Meet personal sales goals while helping your team close sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Drive sales performance in Wireless & AT&T TV by providing coaching and training.
• Conduct regular product knowledge checks on AT&T TV.
• Keep current with all industry trends and technological advancements.
• Maintain visual, housekeeping, and appearance standards throughout the store.
• Oversee all location operations, including inventory management, daily paperwork, scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Conduct employee reviews, hold meetings, and facilitate training sessions.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Availability to work at least a 45-hour work week.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish and monitor store work schedules.
• Skill in interpreting and analyzing sales and commission reports.
• Expertise in training, motivating, and inspiring a team for maximum results.
• Ensure audit compliance per carrier requirements at all times.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-2 years of experience in wireless sales management.
• 3-4 years of experience in wireless sales.
• College degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
