RN Manager Surgical Trauma Full Time Days Position Summary
Responsible for the organization of services and system necessary for a multidisciplinary approach to providing care to injured patients. The Trauma Nurse Manager is responsible for process and performance improvement activities as they relate to nursing and assists the Trauma Medical Director in the operations of the program.

Education/Other Qualifications:
Minimum Education: BSN required within 2 years of acceptance.
Minimum Experience: 3-5 years in ED/Trauma, above average clinical skills, good oral and written communication skills. Ability to motivate and lead a team.
Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required. Should you hold a RN license from another Compact state, you are required to apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside within 30 days. American Heart Association BLS CPR required, must be obtained within 7 days of hire. American Heart Association ACLS required within orientation. TNCC required within 1 year of acceptance, CEN is encouraged.
