Sales & Marketing Coordinator

**THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION**

Rad Source Technologies is a global leader in developing proprietary x-ray technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive sales & marketing operational support, including but not limited to territory management, account and opportunity management, and call center/web inquiries.
• Support International Sales by investigating issues and resolving issues that may impact the ability to meet a customer commitment.
• Manage and maintain the Partner Center in NS including partner training, content and platform.
• Manage the sales process from lead to PO receipt with regard to CRM.
• Assist Sales and Marketing in the customer acquisition process from multiple inflows from web inquiries, trade shows, and marketing campaigns. Manage this process in NS.
• Assist in the establishment and management of commercial metrics for effectiveness, efficiency, budget and performance. Perform Sales Analytics and Reporting that are accessible and reliable.
• Quickly solve sales process pain points in the moment, while developing long-term solutions.
• Partner with our Sales Leaders to develop strategies to enable our fast-growing sales team to scale effectively, including organizational structure plans and necessary sales processes
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies; develop operational measurements to identify business process issues and provide recommendations and solutions to business challenges.
• Oversee governance of all Sales Policies across a global sales team; run routine audits to verify compliance at all levels.
• Assist with administering all sales systems, including CRM, telephone queues, 3rd party software providers, web meetings, and proprietary software tools
• Work cross-functionally with other business process owners to ensure changes to CRM and other sales systems are consistent with business needs.
• Track and support Market Analytics to give RS a clear vision of our target markets and competitive landscape.
• Build and maintain systems of record for key documentation regarding our policies, sale processes, agreements and requirements.
• Perform administrative tasks such as meeting, conference call and travel booking.
• Perform expense reporting for executive leadership.
• Support Marketing by assisting with Tradeshow Logistics, vendor management, and budgetary tracking. Event assistance may be requested.

Requirements

• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills, outgoing and confident approach
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite and CRM
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• 5% travel may be required
• Extremely strong attention to detail.
• Self-Starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Basic written communication skills to record client activity in our database.
• Experience with Hubspot, Monday.com and google adds is a plus.
