Smith Challenger Manufacturing & Services, Inc., is a family-owned and operated Industrial Sweeper Manufacturing business that has been serving the road construction industry since 2009. Smith Challenger is looking to hire a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to maintain and generate new customer relationships and coordinate marketing initiatives. POSITION: Sales and Marketing Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for driving the company’s sales growth, building brand awareness, and developing and executing strategic marketing plans. This role involves identifying business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and managing marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Manage customer accounts and build long-term customer relationships
• Consistent follow-up on customer leads and opportunities
• Forecast sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
• Identify emerging markets and projects within the industry and be aware of the competition status
• Participate in target marketing campaigns
• Develop content and maintain social media accounts
• Conduct Marketing research to understand customer needs and identify new opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS – SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
• 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the construction equipment industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Results-driven
• CRM (NetSuite, preferred)
• Efficient in MS Office

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

Starting Salary: $52,000
