About the Role:
We’re hiring Sales Representatives to help us grow our client base across the U.S. This is a commission-based role for the first 6–12 months, transitioning into a base + commission structure after performance is proven.
You’ll play a key role in educating prospects, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships for both services and products like Nimdio and DataGuard Lite.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Generate and qualify leads through outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, DMs)
- Conduct discovery calls and walk prospects through solutions
- Sell service packages (strategy sessions, audits, Thrive Kit) and SaaS products (Nimdio, DataGuard Lite)
- Maintain your pipeline and hit monthly sales goals
- Collaborate with our marketing and leadership team to refine messaging and campaigns
- Provide customer feedback to help shape product and offer development
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3+ years in B2B sales (tech, SaaS, consulting, or cybersecurity preferred)
- Strong communication skills with a consultative sales style
- Ability to understand and explain technical solutions in simple terms
- Experience using CRM systems to manage deals and follow-ups
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and results-driven
- U.S.-based with a professional remote setup
