The Scrum Master holds a vital role in supporting and leading Agile practices to ensure successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. The Scrum Master works closely with multiple Agile teams, product owners, and stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration and ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices. The work: Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Act as a servant leader and Agile coach, facilitating the adoption and implementation of SAFe 6.0 for your teams. Guide and mentor Agile teams on SAFe 6.0 principles, practices, and ceremonies, ensuring a consistent and effective application of the framework. Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, and Development Teams to ensure alignment and adherence to the SAFe 6.0 framework. Drive continuous improvement by identifying and addressing process inefficiencies, impediments, and bottlenecks in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Facilitate and lead PI Planning sessions for your teams to ensure proper alignment of teams, objectives, and dependencies. Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning within the organization. Provide coaching and training to team members on Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and SAFe implementation. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams, stakeholders, and leadership to achieve successful project delivery. Monitor and track key metrics, such as team velocity, burn-down charts, and other relevant Agile metrics, to identify areas for improvement and measure progress. Here's what you need: 2+ years' of experience working as a Scrum Master. Experience working with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products or projects. Proficiency in Agile project management tools and software especially JIRA. US Citizenship and Active Secret clearance required. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline). Experience working in a large-scale, enterprise-level environment. Active certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster or Professional Scrum Master). Experience working with the Federal Government or military experience. Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, and ability to adapt them to specific organizational needs and challenge.
