Job Title: Seasonal Data Entry

Pay Rate: $19/hr.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm (Must be open to working overtime and weekends as needed)

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Must have a valid driver's license

Job Description : Must be a detail-oriented and organized candidate that may fulfill Data Entry duties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into databases and systems with precision.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and organize physical and electronic files.
• Respond to data inquiries and provide support to team members.
• Create spreadsheets to track important information and orders
• Update various data including employee information and data 
• Organize existing data in a spreadsheet
• Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records
• Scan and upload documents
• Accurately record
• Comfortable filling out and correcting I9

Other Duties include: 

• Answer phone calls 
• Direct incoming traffic
• Assist with any branch duties such as send pass down or other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is a plus but not necessary.
• Proficient in Google Platform (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with data management.

Requirements:

• Weekend & Overtime required during peak periods.
• Bilingual (English/ Spanish)
