Security Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a
Security Manager to oversee security operations across
Kissimmee and all
Central Florida . This role is responsible for
supervising officers, ensuring shift coverage, assisting with hiring, and managing client relationships . The ideal candidate has experience in
security leadership, field supervision, and crisis management and operates with a high degree of
professionalism and integrity at all times.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage security officers across multiple client locations.
- Ensure all officers are equipped, uniformed, and prepared for duty.
- Cover shifts when necessary to maintain full operational coverage.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new security officers .
- Conduct site visits to assess security performance and ensure compliance.
- Sometimes act as a point of contact for clients , handling concerns and service adjustments.
- Monitor surveillance systems and security reports to address issues proactively.
- Implement security policies, procedures, and training programs for officers.
- Prepare and submit reports on daily activities, incidents, and staffing needs .
- Be available 24/7 for calls, emergencies, officer absences, and client requests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in security supervision or management required.
- Valid security officer registration in Florida.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate staffing and handle client concerns.
- Ability to operate surveillance equipment and security monitoring systems .
- Strong knowledge of public safety, security procedures, and emergency response protocols .
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving ability .
- Reliable transportation to travel between client sites across Central Florida .
- Being bilingual is a must
