Voyager Nation Inc. is looking for a paid advertising specialist or agency who knows how to recruit Owner-Operators using Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads —and who understands how to actually convert clicks into drivers.
If you’re someone who:
Builds full funnels (not just single ads)
Captures and manages leads effectively
Follows up aggressively to close deals
Can craft compelling ad creatives for the trucking industry
Knows Owner-Operators aren’t easy to fool or impress
Understands Florida-based targeting

Scope of Work:
Strategize, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok
Build and optimize lead funnels (landing pages, forms, integrations with CRM if needed)
Deliver consistent, qualified Owner-Operator leads
Help design creative and ad copy that hits our “no-BS, real money” brand voice
Provide clear reporting on results and ROI
