SALARY IS DEPENDENT UPON THE CANDIDATES SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

SALARY RANGE: 160-180K

HIGH END OF THE SALARY RANGE IS CONSIDERED FOR THOSE WHO EXCEED QUALIFICATIONS IN A REQUIRED AREA

Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Pega Application Developer . The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting design/development. The place of performance for this position is in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

• Build and deliver software products within a product line.

• Develop software products that satisfy requirements and quality reviews.

• Identify and resolve software issues.

• Plan and execute the delivery process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with case management system development.
• Pega System Architect Certification.
• Pega 8 experience.
• Previous consulting or client service delivery experience.
• Specialization in functional areas (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise.
• Experience with Pega Architecture.
• Experience with Pega Software Application Development.
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Desire to work in an information systems environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with little to no oversight.
