About the Role: Join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering innovative seasoning technologies and taste solutions for the world's largest meat businesses. This role involves formulating taste-forward solutions for meat products, conducting sensory evaluations, and engaging directly with customers to create win-win situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate taste solutions for meat products using customer input.
• Test formulations in meat applications.
• Conduct sensory evaluations.
• Research new market products and technologies.
• Engage with customers and lead technical sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Learn and assist in the upscaling process.
• Utilize your meat science capability and culinary flair to test your formulations in simple meat applications – our team loves testing it’s own products!

Qualifications:

• BS/MS in Food Science or related field.
• Ideally at least 4 years food industry experience including but not limited to Meat industry experience.
• Proven success in product development and formulation.
• Ability to drive process improvements and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to travel (~20%).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Compensation: The typical hiring range is $75,602 to $111,475 annually, based on factors such as education, experience, and location. Kerry offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, equity stock purchase, and retirement contributions.
