RedZone Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Senior Technology Solutions Consultant to accelerate our next phase of growth. This is a frontline, consultative hunter role focused on helping organizations strengthen their security posture through cybersecurity, compliance, and assessment-driven solutions.
In this role, you will engage business leaders such as CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, CISOs, and Directors, guiding them through complex technology and cybersecurity challenges while articulating how RedZone’s services create measurable impact. You will own the full sales cycle—prospecting, discovery, solution scoping, proposals, and closing—and retain each new customer for 12 months before transitioning the account to our Client Success team.
This is a ground-floor opportunity within a 25-year established cybersecurity firm now under a new, visionary leadership team that is actively investing in sales, marketing, and enablement. What You’ll Do:
Prospecting & Pipeline Generation
• Lead outbound prospecting efforts to create a consistent flow of qualified new meetings, utilizing our dedicated sales tools.
• Attend vertical trade shows and drive events such as webinars, lunch and learns, etc to increase your network and pipeline.
• Identify and engage ideal customers across compliance-sensitive verticals (finance, healthcare, public sector, manufacturing).
• Develop targeted outreach aligned to RedZone’s cybersecurity and compliance service offerings.
• Capture prospect needs, risks, and drivers and align them to Redzone’s solutions that solve their business problems.
Sales Cycle Ownership:
• Lead introductory discussions, formal presentations, and solution conversations with prospective clients.
• Qualify opportunities and collaborate with internal technical teams for scoping and solution alignment.
• Manage the full sales process from first touch to close — including qualification, scoping, proposals, and handoff.
• Maintain accurate reporting on pipeline and activity in our sales tools and CRM.
Client Relationship Management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders across customer organizations.
• Identify expansion and upsell opportunities as client needs evolve.
• Maintain account management for a full 12 month period to ensure a strong foundation is built for long-term client success.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Education:
• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in IT, consulting, or professional services.
• Proven success managing multistage sales cycles and closing B2B opportunities.
• Experience selling to mid-market organizations (100-1000 employees) is highly beneficial.
Core Skills & Traits:
• Demonstrated hunter mindset with a strong drive for uncovering new opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation ability.
• Exceptional organization, time management, and follow-through.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and social media for prospecting.
• Customer-first mentality with a strong work ethic, accountability, and upbeat attitude.
What Success Looks Like
Those that are successful in this role will:
• Consistently generate new prospect meetings weekly.
• Build a healthy pipeline of MRR opportunities that establish long-term relationships.
• Demonstrate an ability to ramp quickly and independently within a managed territory.
• Possess an ability to manage complex sales cycles and take an assessment-based approach to solving client problems.
• Possess a desire to have unlimited earning potential.
Additional Requirements
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident. • Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting. • Occasional travel to industry tradeshows, client meetings, and our corporate office may be required.
