Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile products – from user research, wireframes, and user flows to final high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes .
• Apply design thinking methodologies to frame problems, generate insights, and develop innovative solutions.
• Translate complex ideas into user-friendly, accessible designs.
• Build rapid, high-quality interactive prototypes to test concepts and present ideas.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and other designers to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct and incorporate user research, usability testing, and data analytics into design iterations.
• Maintain consistency in visual elements and experience across products while pushing innovation.
• Independently manage timelines, priorities, and design quality with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in product or enterprise design environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction design, visual design, and UX strategy.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar; experience with prototyping tools Framer etc. is a plus.
• Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and user-centered design principles.
• Solid experience working directly with development teams in agile or fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills – capable of articulating design decisions clearly and effectively.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities autonomously.
