Job Description

Our client, a top US major airline, is hiring two contract Senior UI/UX Product Designers to join their busy and growing multidisciplinary UX design team working on customer and employee facing applications!

Rate: Up to $55/hour (some flex)

Hire Type: W2 Only (cannot hire C2C)

Duration: through 12/31/2025

*high likelihood to extend, possibility to convert (not guaranteed)

Location: Fort Worth, TX (hybrid; 3 days/week; Tuesday through Thursday)

*badge includes full site access including gym, food court, tavern etc.

Experience Required:

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end UX Design with a blend of UI/Visual Design working within large enterprise environments
• Portfolio showcasing polished structure and presentation of UX design experience including detailed case studies that clearly articulate the full design process end to end
• Work should include discovery, problem framing to ideation, wireframing, high-fidelity design, usability testing, and design QA
• Portfolios should include not only UX wireframes and prototypes but UI visual design and polished imagery
• Experience and showcased knowledge of utilizing UX research and how you plan, execute, and analyze user testing to inform design decisions and how it impacts product outcomes
• The organization values storytelling, understanding the problem, the design rationale, and the journey to the solution
• Highly proficient within Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud
• Skilled cross collaboration between designers, researchers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders gathering feedback and iterating within an agile environment
