Job Description

Our Los Angeles-based e-commerce agency seeks a skilled Shopify Web Developer to build, optimize, and manage high-performing Shopify stores and digital marketing assets. The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise in Shopify development with experience in AI-driven data engineering to streamline product data workflows and enhance marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Development & Management

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Shopify themes, landing pages, and functionalities aligned with client branding and performance goals.
• Integrate third-party apps, APIs, and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Klaviyo) for seamless store operations.
• Optimize websites for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO to maximize conversions and user experience.

Marketing & Analytics Integration

• Configure and manage marketing pixels/tags for tracking campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns, including template customization and automation workflows.

Collaboration & Support

• Partner with UX/UI designers, marketers, and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform regular updates, and provide ongoing maintenance for client stores.

Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise :

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify's Liquid templating language.
• Experience with Shopify API, app development, and CMS customization.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and responsive design principles.

Marketing Tools :

• Hands-on experience configuring Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and email marketing platforms.
