Join to apply for the Skilled Trades Worker role at Casa de Fruta We are currently seeking a full-time Skilled Trades Worker to be a part of the day‑to‑day maintenance activities of our unique environment. Experience in construction trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, repair technician, which includes equipment maintenance (commercial food‑grade equipment), and minor construction. Full‑time Employee Benefits HEALTH INSURANCE – Regular full‑time employees are eligible to enroll in our Medical, Dental and Vision plans the first of the month following 60 days of employment in full‑time status. We also offer various supplemental insurance programs to meet your specific needs. PAID TIME OFF (PTO) – Full‑time non‑exempt employees begin accruing PTO at a rate of one week for the first year of employment, which can be used after 90 days of employment. The accrual rate increases to two weeks after two years of employment. Position Requirements Must possess a valid California driver license and be able to provide a clean DMV driving record upon request. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be professional, friendly and enjoy working with the public.
