**Job Title:** SMT Operator **Schedule:** M-F 315p - 1145p (SWING) **Pay Range:** $22 - $24 + 10% differential **Position Summary:** We are seeking a skilled SMT Operator to join our electronics manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining surface mount technology (SMT) production equipment to ensure high-quality printed circuit board assemblies. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate SMT production equipment including screen printers, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and inspection systems. + Load components, solder paste, and materials into SMT feeders and machines. + Inspect and test assemblies for quality, making minor adjustments as needed. + Perform basic equipment maintenance and follow 5S and ESD procedures. + Document production data and communicate issues to team leads or engineers. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent; prior SMT experience preferred. + Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for handling small components. + Ability to read assembly documentation and follow standard operating procedures. + Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs. **Pay Details:** $22.00 to $24.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
