We are looking for a talented creative executive/creator to oversee our social commerce video creation across multiple formats, from guided UG to premium, pro-shot studio video.

• Able to oversee social video both as and executive and as a maker, from all aspects: creative ideation, budgeting, scheduling, creative execution, filming, post production
• Creative storyteller with an instinct for combining entertainment and commerce
• The range to be able to ideate and execute using multiple video formats, from UG to pro-shot studio videos
• Interest in learning and using new formats and AI applications, as well as traditional production
• Have or can quickly grow a network of creatives and crew 
• A creator who is also a natural mentor and guide for other creators, shooters, etc.
• Enjoy researching and learning about products and brands
• Organized, detail-oriented and buttoned-up planner
• Strives to constantly improve by studying data, experts and competitors

• Oversee ideation and execution of social commerce video for Favored’s clients across social platforms
• Hands on shooting and/or editing where it makes sense
• Work cross-functionally with brand clients, Favored teams, creators, talent and video editors to deliver best-in-class content
• Study, analyze and apply trends and data to continually optimize video creative
• Develop and write creative briefs to guide creators, as well as scripts for pro-shot video
• Guide and nurture creators to get their best, on-brand work
• Work simultaneously on multiple clients’ programs within tight deadlines, seeing projects through from start to finish.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in producing and supervising social video in multiple formats from UG to pro-shot 
• Hands on and s upervisorial experience in directing, editing, filming, on-camera performance and design
• Experience and expertise in-app editing across platforms, including TikTok, CapCut, Reels, and beyond.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs
