Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic
Professional Services Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical leadership skills and a passion for collaboration, innovation, and delivering strategic results.
Your Role in Our Future - Serve as the day-to-day technical expert on both internal and external projects.
- Collaborate with senior decision-makers to apply modern technology to solve complex business problems.
- Provide project leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Participate in business development activities, including product/solution presentations to potential clients.
- Prepare detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) and pricing estimates.
- Lead meetings with stakeholders to align resources, prioritize initiatives, and maximize outcomes.
- Funnel innovation ideas to product managers for potential implementation.
- Participate in ISMS and QMS audits, ensuring compliance with information security and quality standards.
Your Profile - In-depth knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, credit management, collections, and reconciliations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Intacct, Sage, QuickBooks Online, MSBC, or other financial platforms.
- Strong background in business process re-engineering and methodologies.
- Proven success in leading engagements across analytics, technology, and enterprise software environments.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and develop optimal, scalable solutions.
- Skilled in preparing and delivering impactful presentations.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills-able to negotiate resources and priorities.
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to combine business acumen and technical expertise.
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Engineering, Math, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

This Position Has a Salary Range Of $83,200.00 - $124,800.00
