Sr. Corporate Recruiter – R&D/G&A | $80K–$90K/year | Remote (Canada)

12-Month Contract | Weekly Pay & Full Benefits Included

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across R&D and G&A, including kickoff calls, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• Conduct structured, competency-based interviews and guide consistent candidate evaluations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Total Rewards, and Talent Ops to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience that reflects a high-touch, inclusive hiring culture.
• Maintain compliance with internal processes and SLAs while driving operational excellence.
• Use recruiting metrics and talent intelligence to improve outcomes and scale best practices.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment with a global footprint.
• Proven track record recruiting for R&D roles (e.g., software engineers, data engineers, ML engineers, technical product managers).
• Strong experience juggling multiple requisitions across technical and corporate functions.
• Effective communicator and relationship-builder with the ability to influence hiring outcomes.
• Familiarity with U.S. labor laws; experience hiring in LATAM (particularly Colombia and Mexico) is a plus.
• Skilled in data-driven recruiting and ATS tools.

Remote, Toronto, Canada Based

Travel:

Occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings or team events.
