Projects involving on-premise, cloud, support, upgrade, and migrations. Knowledge of MS methodology, capable of understanding customer pain points. Qualifications B.E., B.Tech, MCA, with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. Certified professional with experience in functional configurations and customizations within Microsoft Dynamics CRM XRM, following best practices. Understanding of third-party application integration. Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Database, Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and Federation Services.
