Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead the launch and daily operations of our first retail showroom. This role is critical in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and building a team passionate about gaming and technology. The Store Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations, team leadership, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the retail showroom, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect Corsairs brand identity.
• Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and loss prevention strategies.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team passionate about customer experience, as well as gaming and technology.
• Foster a positive team culture, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and engagement by setting high standards for the team.
• Schedule staff shifts to align peak hours and sales demands
• Create an interactive and educational retail environment where customers can experience Corsairs technology firsthand.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalations, and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Store Manager or in a leadership role within a retail environment.
• Proficient in POS systems, inventory software, and basic Microsoft Office tools
• Passion for gaming, PC building, and technology.
• Proven track record of driving sales and meeting performance targets.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong operational and inventory management experience.

This position is based at Westfield Valley Fair Mall in Santa Clara.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA. The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Annual Salary Range $100,000$150,000 USD
