Role Responsibilities Provide leadership via video, phone, and chat, motivating your team to achieve goals. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing mentoring and coaching. Implement policy updates through training. Identify process improvements at individual and team levels. Analyze performance data and deliver feedback. Review and manage tax accuracy. Update strategies to meet SLAs and KPIs, including timecard management, shift adherence, and quality metrics. Address leadership, customer-facing issues, and escalations promptly. Document team activities accurately. Ensure onboarding and training milestones are met. Qualifications 2+ years in a remote supervisory role leading teams of 15+ customer support professionals. Strong technical skills with tax software, Microsoft 365, Slack, and timekeeping solutions. Dedicated workspace with a hard-wired Ethernet connection and personal computer.
