Job Title: MIG & TIG Welder (Full-Time)
Pay Rate: $30–$40 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM ( Lunch from 12:00-1:00)
Benefits: Medical coverage and paid holidays
Travel: 10–20% annually
Overtime/Weekends: As needed
Located in Lakeside, San Diego.
Expert Staffing West is seeking an experienced MIG & TIG Welder for a full-time opportunity. This is a dynamic, hands-on role working on a variety of projects — including automotive, marine, and structural steel — in both shop and field environments.
This is not a bench welding role. We're looking for a go-getter who takes pride in quality work, can adapt to changing tasks, and ensures all welds meet spec.
