**Job Description:**

We are looking for a compassionate and driven Emergency Department (ED) Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional nursing care in a busy Emergency Department with a patient ratio of 4:1, increasing to 7:1 for behavioral holds.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including techs and unit clerks, ensuring effective and efficient patient flow.
- Conduct triage assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications using state-of-the-art equipment including Baxter pumps and GE monitors.
- Maintain thorough documentation using the Cerner system and adhere to hospital protocols.
- Uphold standards of patient experience through AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank You) and respectful engagement with patients and their families.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 1 year in a high-volume emergency department or Level II trauma center.
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS prior to start date; ENPC must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
- Strong teamwork mentality, flexibility to work in all areas of the ED, and the ability to provide real-time feedback to colleagues.
- Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus, as our community speaks over 120 languages.
