\nContract Duration: 13 weeks
\nWorking hours: 10AM - 8:30PM \n\n Total Weekly Hours: 40\n\n \n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCVICU RN - Days - Pikeville, KY \n\n** 75 mile radius rule **\n\n· Contract Length: 13 weeks
\n· Start Date: ASAP
\n· Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 HR requirement
\n· Primary Location: Pikeville, KY
\n· Shift Requirements: Days – blocked schedule requests will only be accommodated for weekend rotation; M-F; 10a-7p; On Call (7A-7P) every other weekend (Sat+Sun)
\n· Float Requirements: CVICU may be asked to float to Med Surg or ICU with a lower ratio – will float throughout all in-patient areas. May be tasked as an aide if other units need assistance.
\n· On Call/Call Back Requirements: On Call (7A-7P) every other weekend (Sat+Sun)
\n· Weekend/Holiday Requirements: every other weekend/holiday required unless given time off approval
\n· Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: KY/Compact RN License. AHA BLS, AHA ACLS & NIHSS required.
\n**EKG test required for all RN's, to be completed during the compliance process.**
\n· Minimum Experience: 2 year in CVICU. MUST have Level I or Level II Trauma experience.
\n· Charting Experience Required: Care View/EPIC (effective June 1) preferred, will train on-site
\n· Required Skillset: Level I or Level II CVICU skillset
\n· Unit Information (Bed size, beds, Patient ratio): 340 bed Level II Trauma Center. Patient ratio: 1:1 or 1:2.. Beds: 59
\n· Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates, reliable, team-player
\n· Scrub Colors: royal blue\n\n· COVID Vaccine Requirements: Covid Vaccine required unless medical/religious declination is applicable. If declination is accepted, weekly testing is required at the traveler/agency expense & verification.\n\nGSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
