Shift Times: May vary between 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, or 1:30 PM–10:00 PM
On-Call & Holiday Coverage: May be required

Position Overview:
The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care and safe, cost-effective medication distribution. This role includes evaluating drug orders, monitoring patient profiles, participating in Code Blue responses, managing clinical interventions, and educating healthcare providers on drug therapy. The pharmacist will operate in compliance with DNV standards and all state/federal pharmacy regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Washington State Pharmacist license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred, or completion of an accredited residency/Board Certification
• Strong clinical knowledge in inpatient and outpatient pharmacy operations
• Proficiency in sterile compounding, IV admixtures, chemotherapy preparation, and infection control standards
• Experience with age-specific dosing, renal/hepatic adjustments, drug interactions, and collaborative drug therapy agreements
• Excellent interpersonal communication and clinical competence
• Ability to type at least 20 WPM
• Strong manual dexterity and aseptic technique
