Job Details:
• Work day shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (depending on patient load)
• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts • 36 guaranteed hours per week • 13-week assignment length • No weekend hours required • No call requirements • 2 years of radiation therapy experience in a hospital setting required • Required certifications: BLS from AHA only, ARRT, and RRA • Must have good communication skills and linac treatment experience • Experience setting up patients and imaging patients required • Experience with Elekta workflows preferred (can be taught on-the-job)• Work with sophisticated radiation therapy equipment including Elekta Versas, Varian HDR, Cyberknife, and new Radixact • Use EMR systems: Mosiaq and EPIC • Treat approximately 65-70 patients per day in department • Work with both inpatient and outpatient populations • Plan, prepare, and deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments • Black scrubs required (colored scrubs not acceptable)• Must work well with others and demonstrate excellent communication skills • Flu vaccination or approved exemption required from November 1 - April 1Facility:
