Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in various settings.

  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.

  • Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success metrics.

  • Monitor and document client progress to ensure effective therapy outcomes.

  • Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes.

  • Utilize evidence-based practices to inform therapy interventions.

  • Maintain high visibility of work activities through regular reporting.

  • Educate clients and families on therapy processes and home exercises.

  • Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of clients.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in occupational therapy.

  • Participate in community outreach programs to promote occupational therapy.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

  • Valid state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in California.

  • Experience in developing personalized treatment plans for diverse clients.

  • Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

  • Strong ability to monitor and document client progress effectively.

  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for enhanced client care.

  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse client needs.

  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in occupational therapy interventions.

  • Strong communication skills for educating clients and families.
