Responsibilities
Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in various settings.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success metrics.
Monitor and document client progress to ensure effective therapy outcomes.
Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes.
Utilize evidence-based practices to inform therapy interventions.
Maintain high visibility of work activities through regular reporting.
Educate clients and families on therapy processes and home exercises.
Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in occupational therapy.
Participate in community outreach programs to promote occupational therapy.
Experience/Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in California.
Experience in developing personalized treatment plans for diverse clients.
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Strong ability to monitor and document client progress effectively.
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for enhanced client care.
Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse client needs.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices in occupational therapy interventions.
Strong communication skills for educating clients and families.
Experience in community outreach programs related to occupational therapy.
