We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Virtual Nursing School Prep Assistant to support aspiring nursing students in their educational journey. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to help students prepare for the HESI exam and contribute to the success of future nurses. Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized guidance and support to students preparing for the HESI exam, helping them understand key concepts and review important materials.
Offer one-on-one assistance to address individual learning needs and difficulties, ensuring each student feels confident in their exam preparation.
Foster a positive and encouraging virtual learning environment that motivates students to excel.
Collaborate with the education team to refine study plans, prep materials, and resources for an enhanced learning experience.
Leverage online learning platforms and technology to create engaging and interactive study sessions.
Maintain clear and effective communication with students, parents, and team members to track student progress and share updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in nursing education or exam preparation, especially with the HESI exam.
Strong knowledge of nursing principles and the content covered in the HESI exam.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with students, families, and colleagues.
Comfort and proficiency with using online education tools and platforms.
Ability to thrive in a virtual environment while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Additional Information:
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule Options:
Day, evening, or morning shifts (Monday to Friday)
