The UX/UI Web Designer will be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually compelling, and brand-aligned digital experiences that elevate the luxury e-commerce journey on matouk.com.
They will translate the brand’s high-end aesthetic and values into elegant, user-centered UX designs, ensuring seamless navigation, engaging storytelling, and a premium shopping experience. By combining data, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity interface design, the UX/UI Designer (consultant) will help us optimize the current customer journey on matouk.com — focusing on some identified initiatives — while maintaining careful attention to detail and usability standards that meet the expectations of a luxury clientele.
Knowledge of heatmaps and similar analytics tools are a must to help build effective UX designs. Candidates need to identify friction points in the luxury shopping journey, to understand how users interact with high-end imagery or storytelling content to inform our ecommerce merchandising strategy.
Expert proficiency in Figma , including advanced use of components and design systems to ensure scalable and consistent UI across all pages.
Familiar with project management tools such as Trello to organize tasks, track progress, and manage deadlines across cross-functional initiatives.
