About the Role We seek a highly creative and technically skilled Video Producer, Studio Manager, and Photographer to join our Creative Services (CS) Group. This global role will support BBH’s marketing managers and leadership to create compelling visual content that enhances brand awareness and strategic initiatives across platforms. Reporting to the Head of Creative Services, you will lead in the creative services team, collaborating with a 40-person global marketing team in Boston, London, and Krakow. You’ll manage external vendors and ensure high-quality output aligned with our brand. This role is ideal for a hands-on creative leader who balances artistic vision with timely execution in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities End-to-end production: Plan, produce, shoot, and edit videos and photos for social media, web, campaigns, events, and internal communications. Oversee post-production processes. Brand consistency: Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and compliance, creating and maintaining brand standards. Creative development: Brainstorm and develop engaging video ideas, scripts, and styles, collaborating with the Creative Director. Directing and coaching: Direct talent on set, coach executives and on-camera talent, and communicate effectively to ensure authentic delivery. Photography: Capture professional images for various uses and manage digital assets efficiently. Project management: Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and streamline workflows. Vendor and Studio Management Identify, source, and manage external vendors globally, including video crews and freelancers. Maintain equipment, budgets, and physical studio needs. Qualifications BFA or BA in media production or related field. 10+ years of video production experience, preferably in financial services. Willingness to travel for shoots, including monthly trips to NYC. Experience with studio management and operating production equipment. Excellent communication, storytelling, coaching skills, and project management abilities. Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, and audio post-production tools.
