Overview

• Variety of Shifts: Day Shift (starts 8 AM), Mid Shift (starts 11 AM), Swing Shift (starts 2 PM), and Night Shift (starts 6 PM) shifts, typically 8-10+ hours, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently select produce orders within our refrigerated warehouse using voice-directed technology and electric pallet jacks
• Operate power equipment (pallet jacks) safely and effectively
• Follow detailed picking procedures to select, verify, label, stack, and wrap pallets
• Meet and exceed performance goals while maintaining quality
• Prepare and load merchandise onto trucks
• Be willing to cross-train in other warehouse areas
• Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to accuracy
• Perform other warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• 1+ year of recent warehouse and order selecting experience
• Required: Experience operating motor-driven pallet jacks
• Preferred: Experience with RF scanners
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Availability for overtime hours and weekend shifts
• Basic English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing)
• Ability to perform physical job duties including standing, walking, talking, and repetitive motion
• Must be able to pass a UA drug test post-offer (includes THC)

Schedule: 8-10+ Hour Shifts | 5 Days/Week

• Day Shifts start at 8:00AM
• Mid Shifts start at 11:00AM
• Swing Shifts start at 2:00PM
• Night Shifts start at 6:00PM

Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week

Compensation: $20.00 - $21.00 Hourly
